At CanineCare Probiotic, we genuinely care about helping animals thrive and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Because every animal’s microbiome, diet, environment and condition is different, results can vary from pet to pet. Some animals respond quickly, while others may require more time and consistency.

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us first — we are always happy to help with product guidance and troubleshooting.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our probiotic products, we cannot generally accept returns of opened or used items. However, customer satisfaction is important to us and we assess concerns on a case-by-case basis.

If your pet is not responding as expected, please get in touch before discontinuing use. Often dosage adjustments, feeding methods, or combining products differently can help improve results.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
